Save Ios recently attended the “CPF ISLANDERS FORUM 2022” organised by the Cyclades Preservation Fund -CPF. The meeting brought together 45 participants and representatives from 30 local organisations, from 17 Cycladic and non-Cycladic islands. We presented our experience of building illegalities and unsustainable tourism development in Ios and shared our concerns for its impact on the island’s natural heritage.
